Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager - Trade Marketing and Activation, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing innovative, engaging, and fun trade promotions and rolling out end-to-end, impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
This includes the strategic development and execution of well-conceived seasonal rollout plans and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams towards a flawless execution of the strategy.
You will be responsible for all in-store displays, catalogues, and advertising, with a focus on improving brand presence and campaign execution through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with seasonal and annual marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess Market Trends:
- Use external data sources to undertake market data analysis, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend solutions.
- Customer Insights:
- Leverage shopper insights and data to create programs that drive traffic, loyalty, conversion, and basket size.
- Project Management:
- Manage cross-functional projects expanding Retail Fixtures, NPI launch support, and POS execution.
