Junior Banking Tester Position

We are seeking an experienced Junior Banking Tester to join our team in this dynamic and challenging role.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution across various banking functions, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and QA experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scope Definition
  • Test Strategy Design
  • Defect Management Coordination
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project and Test Management roles, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and banking workflows
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, or similar
