Project Manager - Research Contracts

The University of Adelaide's Research Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support the initiation of research and associated projects.

This role involves reviewing and executing agreements, liaising with research legal, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and maintaining corporate records. The successful candidate will also foster strong relationships between internal clients and external organisations, raise awareness of university compliance requirements, and contribute to the development of research-related contracts.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contracting research activities, including establishment of funding arrangements and other associated agreements.
  • High-level interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build long-term collaborations.
  • Capacity to evaluate and interpret complex rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent organisational abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in an appropriate field, with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
