Job Title: Executive Coordinator to Deputy Chief Officer

The role of an Executive Coordinator is a vital position that requires high-quality communication and coordination services for the Deputy Chief Officer.

About this Role:

  • Coordinating confidential administrative functions and secretarial services
  • Providing communication coordination services, liaising with stakeholders, government agencies, and the public on behalf of the Deputy Chief Officer
  • Preparing meeting papers, researching, and presenting information, and providing status reports on outstanding issues
  • Providing procurement and financial services and support
  • Promoting effective communication with and between internal and external stakeholders

This is a full-time contract role with an initial 18-month term. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
