Job Overview
Senior Project Initiation Contract ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the initiation of research and associated projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and executing agreements, liaising with legal teams, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and maintaining corporate records.
Main Responsibilities:- Support project initiation by reviewing and executing agreements;
- Liaise with legal teams to ensure policy compliance;
- Maintain corporate records and prepare documentation;
- Foster strong relationships between internal clients and external organisations;
- Raise awareness of compliance requirements and contracting processes within the research community.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contracting research activities, including establishment of funding arrangements;
- High-level communication skills, including correspondence preparation and briefing papers;
- Able to build long-term relationships through negotiation and engagement skills;
- Capacity to evaluate complex rules, policies, and procedures;
- Excellent organisational skills, prioritising tasks, planning actions, and meeting deadlines;
- Able to promote organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery.
