Solutions Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Engineers to support the needs of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and enable Solutions Engineers to effectively support sales teams
  • Establish best practices around demoing, objection handling, storytelling, and ROI conversations
  • Develop processes for tracking Solution Engineer involvement in sales lifecycle and forecasting
  • Improve deal forecasting by leveraging Solutions Engineer activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in technical B2B sales, SaaS preferred; and/or 3+ years of experience implementing complex SaaS technology solutions
  • 2+ years in a management or sales leadership role with direct reports
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a vertical Solutions/Sales Engineer team or working in vertical Saas
  • Proven technical aptitude utilizing tools and software on a daily basis
