Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior engineer to assume a key leadership position within our Water Division. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who can provide guidance and direction in all aspects of structural engineering.

About the Role

This challenging role requires a strong background in structural engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater projects. The successful candidate will provide technical direction on multidisciplinary projects, develop design solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical guidance and direction to junior engineers
  2. Develop design solutions for water/wastewater projects
  3. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
  4. Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their technical skills
Requirements
  • Degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards chartered status
  • 8 years' experience in an engineering consultancy
  • Leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
