We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Professional to join our Catering team at Kelsian Group.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Chef, performing cleaning and basic food preparation duties within the kitchen. They will be responsible for maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures, and must be thoroughly familiar with all safety equipment and emergency protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the kitchen to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Food Safety Handling Certificate - Essential
- Certificate Qualification in Commercial Cookery – Desirable
- Experience in food provision services – Desirable
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
