Job Title: Aod Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development and management of client-centred service delivery, operations and staff within our residential and community-based services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, monitor and manage all facets of service delivery ensuring appropriate levels of care, education and support using a case management approach.
  • Ensure participants are treatment matched and assigned to Case Workers & other professional staff for care, ensuring quality care is provided.
  • Develop and implement case plans for each participant within specified timeframes.
  • Audit and maintain accreditation outcomes relevant to area of responsibility at a high standard.
  • Maintain compliance against funding requirements including Drug and Alcohol Sentencing List (DASL) and key performance indicators.
  • Lead program delivery teams to achieve expected service delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to team development through mentoring and coaching.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective services.
  • Monitor and support direct reports to deliver quality, efficient and effective services.
  • Complete performance appraisals and ongoing monitoring of staff work performance.
  • Identify and implement training needs.
  • Participate in internal and external networking meetings to improve client outcomes.
  • Navigate relevant agencies to enhance client results.
