Strategic Inclusion Lead

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction for inclusion initiatives and improve healthcare access, experience, and outcomes for diverse communities across the district.

This role will play a key part in setting the agenda for inclusion programs, which support disability inclusion, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, including Deaf communities, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer plus populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in management, health service planning and delivery, research, education or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic programs and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
  • Passion for improving health outcomes and creating culturally safe environments.
