Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role
  • Foster a culture of test and learn initiatives and optimisation strategies, driving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimal performance tracking and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and influence campaign success.
  • Analyse campaign reports to derive actionable insights, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience managing end-to-end campaigns, ideally from a direct/digital marketing or CRM background.
  • Demonstrate strong planning skills, excellent communication, and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
