**About the role**:
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Planner for a 12-month full-time fixed-term maternity leave contract.

The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to influence campaign outcomes and drive customer engagement. You'll work closely with various teams and have a tangible impact on customer engagement and business outcomes. If you are a go-getter with a can-do attitude, this is the role for you

- Focus on test and learn initiatives and optimisation strategies.
- Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimisation and performance tracking to contribute to portfolio growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and influence campaign success.
- Drive brilliant customer experiences and shift key customer metrics including monthly active shoppers, traffic, and revenue.
- Analyse campaign reports to derive actionable insights.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 2+ years' experience managing end-to-end campaigns, ideally coming from a direct/digital marketing or CRM background, working in an agency or in-house.

Importantly, you are detail-oriented with strong planning skills, excellent communication and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

**You'll also need**:

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar customer analytics platforms, desirable
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- A knack for copywriting, desirable
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude
- Demonstrated campaign management, delivery, and analysis experience.
