Marketing Planner Role

The Marketing Planning & Retail Media Manager is responsible for leading the management and execution of the Customer Trade Plan, ensuring a dynamic and efficient engine that supports our go-to-market strategy across all channels.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive marketing processes and ways of working, fostering cross-functional collaboration and enhancing team cohesion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the Customer Trade Plan by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Utilizing deep customer, channel, and category insights to shape broader trade activities
  • Partnering with the Merchandise Planning Manager to facilitate cyclical business planning forums
  • Establishing and running marketing communications frameworks and processes to successfully support Retail Media (MixIn)
  • Acting as the key Marketing advocate for the Retail Media (MixIn) channel

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 7+ years of experience in Marketing with a strong customer focus

- A successful track record in leading large marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
