We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to young women in need.

Job Description:

The SisterLink Program is a critical initiative that aims to empower young women with trauma backgrounds and/or learning disabilities. As a Support Worker/Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping them grow in confidence, build resilience, and develop practical life skills to create brighter, more independent futures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to young women aged 10-26 with trauma backgrounds and/or learning disabilities.
  • Help young women develop essential life skills, including emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver the SisterLink Program and achieve its objectives.
Requirements:
  • Australian working rights or valid visa.
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or related field.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC).
  • Own car and a valid driver's license.
