
Women's Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to coordinate, administer, and report on Empowering Young Women programs in Bathurst under the Community Pillar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a suite of programs designed to empower young women, including mentoring, mental health, and respectful relationship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program delivery of Building Young Men and Empowering Young Women programs in Bathurst
- Coordination with participating schools and reporting to partner schools and Head of Foundation & Community
- Organisation of end-of-program celebrations and activities for Empowering Young Women programs
- Coordination of all aspects of Empowering Young Women Programs, including recruitment, marketing materials, safeguarding, equipment, reporting, and expense budgets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar roles or placements
- Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or relevant areas
- Current driver's licence, valid NSW Working with Children Check, Sports First Aid certification, and CPR training
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and Panthers Foundation staff. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues related to program delivery and administration.
