About the Guest Relations Role

You Will Need To Demonstrate:

  • A passion for serving others and a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
  • An ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes and deliver results-driven solutions
  • A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • A willingness to work within a values-driven environment and with an organization that shares your Christian values

We Would Really Like You To Have:

  • A personal Christian faith and a strong commitment to living out your values in the workplace
  • Experience in hospitality and/or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
