The Opportunity

You'll play a crucial role in providing early intervention and therapy services to support children and families in maximising their independence and participation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need.
  • Providing information, education, and support to clients and families.
  • Developing functional goals with clients and families.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions and resources.
  • Reviewing progress and setting new priorities in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Supporting inclusion and participation in community activities.
  • Closely collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review.
About You
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Passion for Making a Difference: Have a passion for making therapy engaging and meaningful for families.
  • People Skills: Possess the ability to provide knowledge of interventions to children and parents.
  • Experience: Experience in providing Occupational Therapy to children with diverse backgrounds.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with necessary checks and certifications, including AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, and possession of a Driver's License and Vehicle.
