About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic team delivering compassionate, community-based mental health support for children and adolescents. Your focus will be on individual needs across family, school, and community contexts. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with patients, families, schools, and other stakeholders to tailor care to individual needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care planning and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to staff and families on mental health issues and trauma-informed care.

Requirements

  • Fully registered psychologist with a Masters degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Substantial postgraduate clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health.
  • Ability to engage in psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care formulation.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including case formulation, care planning, and time management.
