You will design and implement engaging educational programs that foster children's development, collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to create enriching learning experiences, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) qualification.
- NESA Accreditation.
- Experience supervising and interacting with children 0-12 years old.
- Working with children check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012).
- Ability to follow safeguarding priorities.
- Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently.

About the Role:
This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply, you are required to provide Council with a valid Working with Children Check Number. You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, in order to progress through the recruitment process.
