Job Opportunity:

This role presents a fantastic chance to lead our customer service team and contribute to the site's leadership group. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to support the on-site team, foster a positive high-performing culture, and contribute to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and coach your team for enhanced performance and succession planning.
  • Supervise a medium to large team, collaborating with leaders to meet organisational needs.
  • Manage team performance, working closely with staff to achieve targets.
  • Plan resource requirements within your team.
  • Contribute to enhancing regular procedures and support systems.
  • Escalate customer complaints in accordance with our policy.
  • Coordinate daily operations with Team Leaders & Experts, including scheduling and leave approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the telco industry is beneficial but transferable skills are equally valued.
  • Clear and approachable communication.
  • Effective leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation and innovative thinking.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
