
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in assigned geographic territories.
- Face-to-face customer contact in assigned market-based geographic territories.
- Partner with existing client base to develop and grow their business.
- Drive profitable new business revenue and prospecting to build pipeline from within geographic territory.
- Partner closely with cross-functional departments to drive further market insights and collaboration with clients.
- Support all key account functions; complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other contractually agreed services.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high performer mindset that is driven and results-focused.
- Previous sales experience desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close sales transactions face-to-face.
- Sales experience in the supply chain/freight industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to partner, develop, and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle essential.
