Program Manager

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet KPIs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience within the export Sea and Air industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping operations and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
