Job Title

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the work of pedagogical coaches to embed a culture of expert teacher practice. They will develop and implement strategies to engage staff in continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive professional learning plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the work of pedagogical coaches to ensure high-quality teaching practices and student outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with staff, students, and parents to promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the professional learning program and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Proven experience in educational leadership and staff development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
