OSHC Educator Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will have the opportunity to empower young minds and make a positive impact on children's lives. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse needs and interests. You will also build strong relationships with children, families, and school communities, while supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold or be working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification. You will also need to have or be willing to obtain First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate, as well as a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Educational Programs: Create and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with children, families, and school communities.
  • Support Development: Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
Requirements:
