Conversation Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Conversation Designer to join our customer-centric technology business. As a key member of our development squad, you will partner closely with product teams to craft experiences for our custom virtual assistants, enabling shopping magic for customers across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Conversational Design and drive every stage of the CxD process.
  • Research and innovate new technologies to improve content governance, workflows, and organisational structure.
  • Identify design challenges and develop user-centric solutions that are simple, intuitive, and delightful.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define bot strategy, design user experiences, and ensure customer success.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

  • Expertise in conversational interfaces or voice assistants.
  • Experience in both NLU & LLM AI, including Generative AI concepts, NLU, implementing LLMs, prompt engineering, and knowledge base retrieval.
  • User research experience, including concept tests, usability, and translating user research into practical product improvements.
  • Agile environment experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for learning and innovation, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and explore creative solutions.
