The role is to lead the implementation of the latest conversational interface methodology, bringing the power of Generative AI to life and enabling digital shopping magic for customers across our ecosystem. As a conversational designer, you will craft conversation experiences for our custom virtual assistants to have natural, contextual conversations over hundreds of topics, in several modalities.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in conversational interfaces or voice assistants, along with copywriting chops. You will have experience in both Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Large Language Models (LLMs) AI, as well as user research experience and agile environment experience. You will also be passionate about learning and innovation, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and explore creative solutions.
