Looking for a challenging role that involves strategic planning and team leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Manager to join our organization.

As a Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational readiness frameworks, managing pre-operations timelines, and overseeing operational agreements. You will also lead the onboarding process for new sites, build and coach the asset management team, and design scalable asset management systems.

  • Operational Readiness & Project Integration:
    • Develop and implement operational readiness frameworks to ensure seamless handovers between departments.
    • Coordinate integration across project phases to ensure continuity.
    • Design and implement robust frameworks for smooth handover.
    • Develop procedures that support seamless transition between phases.
  • Financial Oversight & Budgeting:
    • Prepare and review operational budgets and forecasts.
    • Manage ongoing performance reporting for projects.
    • Provide financial insights to stakeholders at every organizational level.
    • Ensure accountability and transparency in budget management.
  • Contract Administration & Negotiation:
    • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
    • Manage vendor selection and conduct agreement negotiations.
    • Ensure compliance for O&M and LTSA services.
    • Promote optimal service performance and risk mitigation.
  • Asset Management Systems Expertise:
    • Implement and maintain enterprise asset management systems.
    • Optimize platforms like CMMS, Document Management, and Compliance Tracking.
    • Utilize systems for efficient task management and reporting.
    • Enable informed decision-making across the operational portfolio.
