About the Role

The Patient Administration Manager is responsible for leading the administration, billing, and ward clerk team, ensuring efficient patient administration and finance processes are carried out in a timely manner, providing high levels of customer service, and working in accordance with hospital policy and the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration, billing, and ward clerk team to deliver efficient patient administration and finance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and health funds requirements for all patient administration processes.
  • Supervise patient administration teams with highly-developed customer service, strong teamwork ethics, and an outcomes focus.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to deliver an efficient and controlled patient booking, admission, discharge, and billing process.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in hospital booking, administration, and finance processes.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of proficiency in hospital financial applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
