Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the provision of exceptional support services in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, operational management, and leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality services.

  • Responsibilities include ensuring support teams deliver outstanding service, supervising daily operations, managing staff rosters and supervision, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • The role requires strong leadership capability to develop staff, improve quality outcomes, and drive business efficiencies.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven performance in an operational leadership role
  • Ability to improve budget performance and deliver business efficiencies
  • Experience in delivering accreditation and compliance requirements
  • Strong patient-centric mindset and leadership skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare environments
  • Qualifications or experience in hotel operations and/or management

About the Role:
