The role of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager plays a pivotal part in fostering an inclusive work environment.
This position is responsible for delivering impactful DEI strategies, collaborating with various teams to align with organisational goals and create a culture of belonging.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change initiatives and manage external partnerships
- Support employee network groups and develop effective diversity programs
This key member of the ANZ region People and Culture team will report to the regional DEI Lead and drive ambitious DEI agenda. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing advice and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing enterprise-wide diversity programs
- Empowering, engaging, and collaborating with colleagues at all levels
- Leading diversity equity and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience
