While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, this position requires 3 days a week in the office location. We are also open to the role being part-time at 4 days a week.

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist, you will join our global DEI team and work within the regional People and Culture team to drive our DEI initiatives. You will provide expert advice, manage programs, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to create an inclusive environment that empowers individuals to explore possibilities and reach their potential. Your responsibilities include supporting employee network groups, developing DEI initiatives, collaborating on communication and transformation projects, and managing external partnerships for best practices.

What you offer

• 3-5 years' experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide programs
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with strategic project planning, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience supporting employee network groups and committees
