About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safer Gambling Team Lead to join our team at Tabcorp. As a key member of our Safer Gambling team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of the Safer Gambling team, including daily and weekly duties.
  • Ensure representation in project teams, workshops, and governance meetings.
  • Lead Safer Gambling Advisors/Officers for operational excellence.
  • Uphold Tabcorp's Customer Care Principles and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins, rostering, and training.
  • Foster team engagement through catch-ups and meetings.
  • Deliver SLAs for Marketing Reviews, Safer Gambling Complaints, Assessments, and escalations.
  • Maintain and update Safer Gambling Operations framework and Microsite.
  • Coordinate team access and system issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Risk managers and stakeholders to improve Safer Gambling processes.
