Job Opportunity: Gaming Manager at Woolworths Group

About the Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and ambiance in the Gaming Venue.
  • Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code, promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Gaming room's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Gaming management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications, with a strong understanding of responsible gambling practices.
