Job Summary:

Clinical Midwife Clinical Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Midwife Clinical Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical knowledge and care for women and babies with various conditions, while supporting a safe care environment through role modelling and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to women and babies with complex conditions.
  • Support and mentor Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives, and other non-registered personnel in complex situations.
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance the skills of midwives and nurses.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to maternity care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualification.
  • Appropriate registration/licences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
