Expert Breastfeeding Support Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in protecting, promoting and supporting breastfeeding across the health continuum. Your expertise will be invaluable in educating women, families, healthcare professionals and the community about lactation and artificially feeding newborns, infants and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote breastfeeding and support women and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized plans to address breastfeeding challenges.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary degree qualification in nursing or midwifery.
  • Current International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
