">About the Role
The North West Hospital Maternity Unit is a leading referral centre for pregnant women in the region and a small Northern Territory community. As a key member of our midwifery team, you will provide expert clinical knowledge and care for women and babies with various conditions, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to women and babies, using evidence-based practice and contemporary care principles.
- Support and direct registered nurses, midwives, and other non-registered personnel in complex situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary degree qualification and registration/licences are mandatory requirements.
- A C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
- Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, will be conducted on the successful applicant.

This role offers a competitive salary range between $107,960 and $115,604 p.a. (Midwife Grade 6 (Band1)), as well as:
