This role is crucial in ensuring the timely provision and management of quotes and the processing of orders via our CRM & SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Generate quotes and follow up with clients once received.
  • Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
  • Use Salesforce reports to ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
  • Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
  • Process, order, and manage approved quotes.

Your Skills:

Success in this role will rely on your approach to engaging a diverse range of people and a focus on quality service delivery into a highly competitive market.

You will ideally have experience within the building industry, although candidates with successful backgrounds in other markets such as service-based industries are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone with an engaging, friendly personality and a professional phone manner. You will be a problem solver who has a 'can-do' attitude.
