Exciting Career Opportunity: Service Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for customer service to become a part of the dormakaba family as a Service Sales Consultant.

In this role, you will report directly to the Service Sales Manager and be an integral part of our Service Team, which specializes in preventative maintenance for automated access systems, along with refurbishment and spare parts sales. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and facilities managers, while also engaging with internal teams. Your focus will be on generating and managing refurbishment quotes for our loyal clientele.

By identifying market opportunities, you will serve as the face of dormakaba, promoting our innovative products and solutions. We are looking for someone who is confident and driven to convert leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our Internal Sales team to ensure timely submission and follow-up of spare part quotes.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with key accounts across the state.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through regular reporting and meetings.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both customers and suppliers.

While experience in the access solutions industry is preferred, we are open to candidates who align with our company culture and values. If you possess strong attention to detail, enjoy closing deals, can effectively manage interruptions, and have a desire to learn, this position may be a perfect fit for you.

Familiarity with our service database (CRM Salesforce/Service Max) is a plus, though not mandatory.
