About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at ARB Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our 4x4 retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our 4x4 products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
