  • About the Role:
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of employees to provide exceptional care and service to our residents.
  • Respond quickly to issues including Human Resource, client complaints and serious incidents.
  • Implement quality and risk management information systems.
  • Maintain financial performance targets including occupancy levels and budget outcomes.
  • Foster effective relationships with residents, staff and volunteers in support of care goals.
About You:
  • Aged or health care experience, preferably in management.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care legislative framework, Compulsory Reporting requirements and Aged Care Complaints Scheme.
  • Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality services and continuous improvement.
  • Current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Specialist knowledge in health management or business administration.
  • Local residence within 45 minutes of the facility.
