Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our residential home. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents living with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality personal care, assistance, and emotional support to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the workplace, being respectful, open to change, and kind in approach.
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation and reporting information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be supportive of their needs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills.
