Experience Coordinator

This role will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience that exceeds their expectations.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver an exceptional customer experience using technology, internal systems and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and relevant policies.
  • Support the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.

About Your Qualifications:

  • You have a high emphasis on customer service and a caring/empathetic nature when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • You possess well-developed communication skills, a high level of personal presentation and a 'Can Do' attitude.
  • You enjoy being part of a rapidly expanding business.

Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • You hold qualifications in the building industry or have highly developed computer literacy skills.
  • You can prioritize and handle a large workload, possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
