Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, LSAs, LBAs, and Scrum teams to provide strategic oversight of day-to-day operations and projects across service lines.
  • Lead and continuously improve a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer delivery.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
  • Understand customer expectations, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time-saving.
  • Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
  • Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, governance, including risk management of the account portfolio.
  • Establish internal and external cadence for the review of delivery.
  • Develop a high-performing delivery team across service lines.
  • Mentor and coach project managers in the account.
  • Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to or lead delivery excellence initiatives for the business unit.
  • Responsible for timely invoicing, collections from the client.
