About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering business and technology-based programs. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams, value streams, and delivery domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large, complex programs, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new or enhanced capabilities.
  • Develop and articulate strategically aligned team plans at a portfolio/program level.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage multiple complex dependencies external to the team and across large programs of work.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing across multiple teams and programs of work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in agile delivery, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent delivery background of senior project or program delivery roles.
  • Ability to articulate and represent multiple team plans that are strategically aligned.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and influence at C-Suite level to drive program outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and navigate relationships with senior leaders across the business.
  • Agile certification and proficiency in the use of Jira and Confluence.
