Sustainable Agriculture Program Coordinator

NRM North is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate and implement the Sustainable Agriculture Program and projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the program's objectives to improve vegetation, soil health, and the adoption of best management practices in productive agricultural landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement the Sustainable Agriculture Program and projects, ensuring alignment with program plans and objectives.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landholders, external organizations, and the general public.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including tracking milestones, budgets, and WHS.
- Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adaptive management processes.
- Collaborate with a small, multi-disciplinary team to achieve program objectives and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of sustainable agriculture and natural resource management principles and practices.
- Strong project delivery skills, including the ability to work in the field collecting data and monitoring on-ground projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with project management principles, including project development, tracking milestones, budgets, WHS, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, multi-disciplinary team and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to travel throughout the region or state as required.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Excellent knowledge of sustainable agriculture and natural resource management principles and practices.
- Strong project delivery skills, including the ability to work in the field collecting data and monitoring on-ground projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
