Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Program Worker to join our team. As a Recovery Program Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised recovery plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide education and support to clients on mental health, wellbeing, and recovery principles.
- Facilitate group programs and activities that promote social connection, skills development, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health, social work, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of recovery principles, mental health, and wellbeing.
