We are seeking a skilled Recovery Program Worker to join our team. As a Recovery Program Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualised recovery plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide education and support to clients on mental health, wellbeing, and recovery principles.
  • Facilitate group programs and activities that promote social connection, skills development, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health, social work, or a related field.
