About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business/Performance Manager to drive performance through proactive and hands-on approach.
This position will oversee a small admin and claims team, requiring employment services people management experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance and making strategic decisions to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the admin and claims team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives
- Manage employment services contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A sound understanding of employment services contracts and people management experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- High-level computer skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and make strategic decisions
- A current driver's license and ability to pass a Federal Police Check
