About the role:

As eCommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the performance and functionality of Blue Bungalow's online platforms across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets. You'll lead strategy, drive conversion, optimise user experience, and manage a passionate team - blending commercial acumen with digital creativity.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage a team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
• Own the eCommerce development roadmap, working with internal stakeholders and external tech partners to deliver impactful improvements.
• Drive CRO and UX optimisation through analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify, Insightech, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Oversee digital merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility, navigation, and alignment with buying priorities and customer behaviours.
• Manage site performance, content updates, and functionality across all regional domains (.com.au, .co.nz, .com).
• Optimise the customer journey across web and app, including search experience, email flows, and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with logistics and operations to ensure seamless fulfilment, returns, and shipping integrations.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to ensure Blue Bungalow remains competitive and customer-centric.
  
  

About you:

• 5+ years' experience in an eCommerce leadership role, ideally within a D2C retail or fashion brand.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus and a solid understanding of third-party integrations and apps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
• Proficiency in web analytics, CRO tools, A/B testing, and UX optimisation strategies.
• Experience managing development roadmaps, agency relationships, and delivering large-scale digital projects.
• A sharp commercial mindset paired with deep customer empathy and insight.
• Outstanding communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
