As a seasoned wine professional, you will lead a team of sommeliers in delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert wine service.

About the Opportunity

This esteemed role involves overseeing the wine program, managing inventory, curating wine lists, training staff in wine pairing and sales techniques, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Wine Program Management: Develop and implement wine programs, manage inventory, and curate wine lists that showcase local and international wines.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4 sommeliers, guiding them on wine selections, developing food and wine pairing recommendations, and maintaining our beverage program.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification or accreditation in sommelier or related field (CMS advanced or WSET Diploma)
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in wine pairing, sales, and practices
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and informative wine presentations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of local and international wines
