Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Role

This position plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our growers and communities. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for grower enquiries, fostering strong relationships and providing support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage grower enquiries via phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with growers and traders, promoting mutual understanding and respect
  • Collaborate with the Grain Marketing team to provide contract support and facilitate smooth interactions
  • Utilize multiple internal platforms to manage tasks efficiently and maintain compliance with established protocols
  • Effectively handle competing priorities and provide solutions to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
